van Rensburg

An educator and author writing on health and faith, with a care for people at the heart of his work.

Herman and his wife, Lisa, founded False Bay High School in 1999. The school identifies him as its principal and founder, and as a teacher of Life Sciences and Physical Sciences.

On Vibrant Lifestyle, Herman describes his background in science and psychology and his nutrition studies. His books bring together his interests in everyday health, Christian faith and family life.
